Brand Identity | Art Direction | UI UX

The Employee Voices program was designed to make it easier for employees to provide feedback about working at Anglicare and for leaders to action that feedback in a timely manner. The objective was to create a new identity for communications about Employee Voices to differentiate the new survey from the previous Culture Survey. The designs had to reflect excitement about the cutting edge technology, build trust by ensuring confidentiality whilst keeping inline with the Anglicare colour and font guidelines.
